📦 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at apexbrandsph@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel by refusing the package upon delivery and notifying us via email.


🔁 Returns & Replacements

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your item. Conditions apply below.


Accepted Return Cases:

1. Wrong Item or Damaged Product

  • If we sent the wrong product, or if your order arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.

  • We’ll handle pickup and reshipment.

2. Package Tampered or Opened Upon Delivery

  • If the package looks tampered with, refuse to receive it and let us know right away.

  • Email apexbrandsph@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if possible).

3. Not Satisfied or Quality Concerns

  • If you’re unhappy with the quality or just changed your mind, you may return the item.

  • You will need to cover return shipping, and we’ll issue store credits once we confirm the item is:

    • Unused

    • In its original packaging

    • In the same condition as received


Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personal care items (e.g. vests, skin tools, hygiene products)

  • Used or opened items

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and complete with original tags/packaging

  • If you’re sending it back, we’ll give you the return address after approval
