1. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Manila & Luzon: 1–3 business days

  • Visayas: 3–5 business days

  • Mindanao: 5–8 business days

  • Islands & Remote Areas: 8–10 business days
    We process all orders within 1–2 business days and send you a tracking number once shipped.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery for most products and serviceable areas nationwide.


3. How do I return or exchange an item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is shouldered by the buyer unless the item is incorrect or damaged.


4. How can I track my order?

We’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is shipped. You can track your order using the link provided.


5. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Email us at apexbrandsph@gmail.com within 7 days, with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or resolve the issue promptly.


6. Are your products original and brand new?

Yes! All items sold by Apex Brands are 100% brand new and sourced from trusted suppliers.


7. Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online-only store based in Taguig, with warehouses in Cavite and Bulacan.


8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, you may cancel or change your order within 24 hours by emailing us your order number at apexbrandsph@gmail.com. After shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.


9. What if I entered the wrong address or contact info?

Message us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can still update your info.


10. Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free shipping promos, especially during sales and special campaigns. Follow us on social media for announcements.


11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • GCash / Maya / Bank Transfer

  • Credit & Debit Cards (via Shopify secure checkout)


12. Can I request a specific delivery date or time?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.


13. Do you sell wholesale or offer bulk discounts?

Yes! For bulk orders or reseller inquiries, email apexbrandsph@gmail.com with the items and quantity you need.


14. I didn’t receive a confirmation email or SMS. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If not there, contact us with your order name and details so we can resend it.


15. What if I’m not home during delivery?

Couriers will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. You may also authorize someone to receive and pay on your behalf.


16. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days. Return shipping is shouldered by the customer.


17. Are personal care items returnable?

No. Due to hygiene reasons, personal care items (like vests or beauty products) are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

19. How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item can be added to your cart, it's in stock. “Sold Out” tags mean it’s currently unavailable.


20. Do you restock sold out items?

Yes, we restock high-demand products regularly. You can message us to be notified once it's back.


21. Where are you shipping from?

We ship from our Cavite and Bulacan warehouses, ensuring fast delivery especially within Luzon.
